En el presente trabajo se busca establecer la relación existente entre las características personales y ambientales previas a un abuso que los predisponen, y las características personales que se desarrollan a partir de este, es por ello que hemos recurrido a diferentes autores para comprobarlo. Existen distintas conductas abusivas, las cuales se pueden clasificar en distintos tipos: sexuales, laborales, morales y escolares.
En el acoso sexual pudimos ver que tiene mucha relación con las características particulares de las personas y también de su contexto social. Los indicadores son muy subjetivos en esta área.
El acoso escolar, es todo aquel que provenga por parte de los docentes o compañeros de curso. En las investigaciones se demostró que en los establecimientos más grandes, los niños podrían estar menos protegidos por lo que podrían estar más expuestos al acoso. También existe la conducta abusiva hacia si-mismo, en donde puede haber mayor probabilidad de presentar disgusto ante una conducta de abuso. Aquí juega un factor importante el auto-estima. Aquellas personas que son más proclives a que les puedan abusar, son aquellas que no presentan aserciones negativas cuando existe una alta amenaza por parte del abusador. De igual forma aquellos que tienen el auto-estima más baja, y que no establecen limites frente a una conducta extraña de abuso.
En cuanto al género que se encuentra mas expuesto a un abuso, los estudios dicen que las mujeres pueden ser más proclives a ser abusadas cuando hay una alta ingesta de alcohol y drogas en ellas. También el hecho de que tengan una sexualidad activa, una historia de persecución sexual y una asertividad sexual. En los hombres se produce más abuso físico y verbal en el centro educacional.
En cuanto a los abusos en el área laboral, pudimos constatar que estos se llevan a cabo por la alta dependencia y subordinación por parte de los jefes a los empleadores.
De acuerdo a los estudios, se dice que tras los abusos cometidos pueden quedar secuelas en las personas abusadas, entre estas se encuentran mayor dificultad en la concentración, menor satisfacción en el área de trabajo y conductas agresivas hacia los demás por parte del abusado, interrupciones en funcionamiento sexual adulto, particularmente en problemas con el orgasmo, el deseo y el despertar sexual.

In this essay we try to establish the existing relationship between the previous characteristics to harassment, from the ones that have been abused, and the personal characteristics that are developed from the same harassment. Because of that, we resort to different authors for knowing if it is correct. There are different abusive conducts that we can classify then in different types: sexual, moral or in working conditions.
On sexual harassment we could see a relation between the personality on people’s characters and their social context. The indicators are very subjective in this area.
The scholar harassment is the one that comes from the school staff or from the same students. Investigations show that in bigger establishments, the children could be less protected because they are more exposed to the same harassment. It also exist an abusive conduct to them-selves, therefore they could be upset to the harassment attitude. Here it comes an important factor: self-stem. The ones that are more exposed to being abuse by bullies, are the ones that can’t resist the negative behavior from the bully, they just accept them. The same happens with the ones that have less self-stem; furthermore they can’t establish limits when they face strangely conducts of abuse, in this point is very important theirs Self-esteem. In work’s area we could see that harassment produced for high dependence and subordination from the bosses to the employers.
Talking About the sexual gender who which is more exposed to be abused, studies show that women are more likely to be sexually abused when they have been drinking alcohol and using drugs, and also the fact that they have an active sexual life, a history of sexual pursuit and a sexual assertivity in they. Men’s are more abused in the physicall and verbal way on school.
According to the studies, people who have been abused could have indirect effects after the abuse like concentration problems, less work satisfaction and an aggressive behavior, problems in the adult sexual operation particularly in the orgasm, the sexual desire and the sexual appetite.

In die volgenden Artikel, sucht man den Bericht zwischen die Persönliche und Umwelt Eigenschaften vorhergehend einem Missbrauch, und die Persönliche Eigenschaften die sich von dem entwickeln. Deshalb haben wir zu verschiedene Authoren gegreift, um es zu beweisen.
Es geben verschiedene Missbrauchliche Verhaltungen, die man in unterschiedliche art einteilt: Sexuellen, Beruflichen, Moralischen und Akademischen Bereich.
Im Zussammenhang des Sexuellen Missbrauch, erfanden wir, dass Persöhnliche Eigenschaften der Menschen viel zu tun haben, auch so wie die Soziale Umgebung.
Die Anzeiger sind sehr subjektiv in diesem Gebiet.
Verstehen wir als Akademischer Belästigung wenn Klassenkammeraden oder Lehrer Teil mitnehmen. Durch Forschungen beweist man das in grössere Gebäude erfinden sich die Kindern mehr alleine und deshalb könnten sich in höcherer Gefahr vom Missbrauch aussetzen.
Manchmal gibts auch “Selbstmissbraucht Verhältniss”, infolgedessen erhöhert sich die Möglichkeit sich selber wegen Missbrauch Verhältniss zu ärgern. Hier spielt self-esteem eine wichtige Rolle. Personen die eine höchere schance ein Missbrauch zu erfahren, sind die jenigen die keine Grenzen front eine komische Missbrauch Drohung feststellen können.
